AIR-CONDITIONING HELPER

Job Description:-
• Assisting with the installation of AC systems on commercial and residential properties.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing roof units for heating and air conditioning as well as the units inside residential and commercial buildings.
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for AC installation.
• Cleaning and replacing air ducts.
• Following instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from the job site.
• Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order.
• Completing preventative maintenance on AC systems and the associated equipment.
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing and electrical systems.
• Coordinating with team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensuring all AC systems remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Job Details:

Position: AIR COND. TECHNICIAN
Employment Type: Full Time
Locations we´re covering: Brunei-Muara, Tutong, Temburong and Belait District.

Requirements:-
O´level certificate OR 3 to 5 years of experience in air-conditioning works.
Must be able write and speak in malay and english.

ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Job Description:-

• Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules.
• Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication.
• Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and payroll.
• Act as the organizational receptionist and receive calls and guests.
• Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary.
• Maintains and organizes meeting schedules.
• Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies.
• Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items.
